Machine Operator

Essential Duties

• Operate various production machines and learn to set up and troubleshoot each, including grinders, belt sanders, presses, and basic CNC machines.
• Load and unload high volumes of metal parts efficiently; move parts bins on and off pallets.
• Visually inspect parts and use basic inspection tools.
• Read and follow verbal and written instructions to identify and produce work.
• Accurately record production into the computer system.
• Participate in continual improvement teams and activities.
• Comply with all safety requirements including housekeeping.
• Maintain reliable and punctual work attendance.

• High school diploma or equivalent with hands‑on mechanical aptitude and skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but mechanical experience with basic math skills is acceptable.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; bilingual Spanish is ideal.
• Self‑motivated and strongly committed to building a manufacturing career with high energy, attentiveness, a positive attitude, and a desire to continuously improve.
• Adaptable to changing situations.
• Physically capable of lifting, turning, bending, walking, standing, and reaching.
