The Bartender position involves:

• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas
• Ensuring all necessary items are stocked, including beer, wine, liquor, garnishes, plate ware, silverware, and glassware
• Suggestively selling guests appropriate food and beverage items using menus and Bar 79 promotional materials
• Utilizing and following Perry’s Restaurants’ 40 steps of service to ensure all guests have an enjoyable and complete dining experience
• Properly entering and ordering all food and beverage items into the Aloha Point of Sale system

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

• Must be TABC Certified
• Serv Safe or similar Food Handler’s Certificate may be required depending on store location
