Overview
A national upscale restaurant group in the NW Suburbs is searching for a front-of-house leader. The Manager should have a prior high-volume upscale dining experience and the ability to foster a climate of service and execution at a very high level. The company has a structured and systems-driven culture and looking for a leader who can hold a team accountable while creating a positive work climate: 100% scratch kitchen, excellent compensation ($65k-$80k plus bonus), benefits, and tremendous growth potential.
