Team Member - $15.75/hr

• Greet guests with a smile and accurately take orders and payment, including inside and drive‑up positions.
• Take phone or catering orders to help guests plan special events.
• Give out completed orders to guests, calling out numbers with a rhyme (e.g., “#29, it’s time to dine!”).
• Prepare food to high‑quality standards and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Cook menu items such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more, following provided recipes and upholding Portillo’s standards.
• Follow recipes to create fresh, made‑to‑order salads and keep the workspace clean.

Hot dog! The pay rate for this role is $15.75 per hour. This position also includes:

• $2/hour for hours worked after 11 pm, $2/hour for working outside in temperatures below 33 °F, and $3/hour for holidays*
