Sales Advisor-Seasonal

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and ensuring the best experience through your fashion and product knowledge. Your role includes garment refill and care, presentation, and maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house while working closely with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming customers and guiding them through the store and OMNI experience, supporting them with direct customer service.
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide a personalized service.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products across all store areas.
• Effectively promote and sell products.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent H&M positively during all encounters.
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with management.
• Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, styles, and competitors to share relevant information.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share service and operational knowledge.
• Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements.
• Give and receive feedback to learn and develop.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and development courses.
• Complete garment cycle: unpacking, refill, steaming, and care.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice.
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive displays according to visual and commercial guidelines.
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
• Follow best practice for OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools.
• Support opening and closing of the store.
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.

• Passionate about fashion and providing guests with a great experience.
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Experience with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.
