Summary:

The Person al Stylist cultivates the overall service and selling culture in the store and drives sales by developing authentic customer connections, offering expert styling advice and providing an individualized experience with curated product recommendations.

• Contribute to upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service and cultivates an environment where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
• Lead by example in relationship building, styling, and networking with customers; educate the store team and the customer on the benefits of the personal styling role and program.
• Generate impromptu and formal appointment opportunities to cultivate customer relationships and drive key metrics.
• Advocate for technology usage and encourage the team to transact in the moment, upsell, and clientele.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by helping to amplify all voices, actively seeking and advocating different perspectives.
• Identify personal styling knowledge gaps among the team and take actions accordingly; facilitate regional and brand styling initiatives or trainings.
• Utilize brand resources to share relevant apparel styling and product knowledge with the team to elevate associate confidence in servicing and outfitting the customer.
• Review store business to understand buying trends, influence apparel outfitting and selling decisions, and to drive apparel and accessories department business.
• Capitalize on walk‑in traffic and identify business‑driving opportunities through outreach and networking; work in partnership with store leadership to drive incremental sales for the store and achieve company and outreach goals.
• Partner with visual team to support mannequin outfitting updates to showcase new arrivals and best sellers.
• Uphold accountability and productivity for zoned personal styling hours; contribute to a customer‑first philosophy and be flexible in supporting service in zone coverage.
• Communicate customer insights and shopping patterns to the leadership team and styling team through regional or brand communication platforms.
• Cultivate productive relationships with leadership and selling team that contributes to a collaborative, customer‑centric environment; maintain open communication to identify and act on business needs in the moment.
• Contribute to positive team morale through brand and store initiatives such as the SPARKED Journal, employee recognition, and team building activities.
• Collaborate with store leadership in identifying and curating events and experiences that reflect the interests of the local customer and surrounding community to drive brand engagement.

• Anthro brand fan.
• 2+ years of experience building customer relationships or clienteling.
• Passion for apparel styling.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
