ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR OPPORTUNITY
Kahan Kerensky Capossela L.L.P. (KKC) is one of the largest general practice law firms in eastern Connecticut. Established in 1964, KKC prides itself on our work/life balance and a positive firm culture.
KKC is currently seeking an individual for the Accounting Coordinator position within our Vernon Office. This position is an in-office, full-time position.
The optimal candidate should have experience in the following areas:
Accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card processing, online banking, bank reconciliations for multiple accounts, internal financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow projections, and journal entries.
The right candidate will have an exemplary work ethic, effective people skills, and be independent in taking initiative to problem solve using analytical thinking. They must work well as part of a team and independently and be able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role. The accounting coordinator's responsibilities require multi-tasking, detail orientation and great organization skills.
Prior experience in the areas noted above is essential. Knowledge of Pro Law software is a plus but not a requirement.
