Location: Vernon, CT (Fully Onsite)
Pay Rate: $27-$35/hour, depending on experience

Our client is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their team onsite in Vernon, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the day-to-day accounting function, improving financial processes, and contributing to the success of a growing organization.

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities
• Process and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and manage customer invoicing
• Conduct collections and maintain customer account balances
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end close activities
• Improve the organization, accuracy, and visibility of accounting and financial information
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity

• Minimum of 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Construction industry experience required
• Proficiency with Sage 300 and/or Timberline software
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
