Hartford Health Care is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult medicine, primary care practice in the town of Vernon, CT situated just north of Hartford and close to BDL international airport.

• Role: Primary Care Physician seeing patients 18+
• Location: Vernon, CT
• Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only,
  ask about a 4-day work week option!
• Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
• Other compensation: Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on bonus, Relocation stipend
