Primary Care Physician Position Summary:

Hartford Health Care is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult medicine, primary care practice in the town of Vernon, CT situated just north of Hartford and close to BDL international airport.

Primary Care Position Details:

• Role:Primary Care Physician seeing patients 18+
• Location:Vernon, CT
• Setting:100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
• Schedule:Full-time, weekdays only,ask about a 4-day work week option!
• Phone Call Only:averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
• Base salary:starts at $250,000 and up
• Other compensation:Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on bonus, Relocation stipend
