Responsibilities- Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatment planning
- Lead therapeutic exercises and provide manual therapy
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans and home exercises
- Work closely with other care providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut (or willing to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- BLS certification (required)
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered mindset
