Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation to older adults across Vernon and surrounding CT communities. The role offers a full-time schedule (30–40 hours/week) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and flexible travel.
You will assess patients, develop individualized PT programs, coordinate with the rehab team, and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence in their homes.
