We are seeking talented and motivated LPN/RN professionals to join our team in Vernon, Connecticut.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with diverse needs and requirements
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Connecticut
