Scranton Powersports is a full-service powersports dealership serving riders and outdoor enthusiasts across the region. We carry a wide selection of new and pre-owned ATVs, side‑by‑side, motorcycles, and utility vehicles from leading brands including Polaris, CFMOTO, Indian Motorcycle, and BRP

We’re growing and looking for motivated, reliable, and coachable Sales Associates
. No prior powersports sales experience is required — we’re happy to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and interest in the powersports industry.

• Welcome customers in the showroom and help them find the right unit for their needs
• Assist customers by phone, text, and email with product questions and availability
• Learn and follow Scranton Powersports’ sales process from greeting to delivery
• Work leads from our website, OEM partners, and walk‑in traffic
• Present product features, accessories, and financing options
• Follow up with customers to build long‑term relationships and repeat business
• Keep customer information and deal notes accurate in the CRM
• Coordinate with finance, parts, and service teams for smooth deliveries
• Maintain a clean, professional showroom and vehicle displays
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and people skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working weekends and a retail schedule
• Basic computer skills (email, CRM, texting)
• Valid driver’s license
• Interest in powersports, motorsports, or outdoor recreation is a plus — but not required
