General Laborer

Exterior Associates Inc. is hiring a General Laborer to join our Field Operations team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who is eager to work hard, learn quickly, and grow into a skilled trade role. No experience is required – just a willingness to listen, learn, and show up ready to contribute. If you can read a tape measure and have a good attitude, we can teach you the rest.

• Assist experienced installers on residential job sites
• Observe and learn the installation process and responsibilities of senior crew members
• Help with job site preparation, setup, and clean‑up
• Maintain organization of tools, trucks, and materials
• Assist in loading and unloading work trucks
• Learn proper safety procedures and follow all site protocols
• Understand and assist with job documentation and daily tasks
• Demonstrate continuous improvement and a willingness to take on new tasks

• No experience necessary – training provided
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and take constructive feedback
• Physically able to lift, move, and work on‑site as part of a field crew
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• No certifications required
• Valid driver's licence required
• Must be able to pass a background check
