Description:
Provide dental services for patients both routine and non-routine. Perform documentation of all services provided. Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, client Policy and Directives and client Standards, Rules and Directives.
RequirementsMust be licensed as a dentist by the client. Must comply with client immunization requirements. Must submit to client required drug test. Must submit to client required fingerprinting. Must complete facility and client required training. Must abide by staffing agency and client attendance and leave policy. Must abide by the rules, regulations, and policies of client.
License, Certification, or Registration RequiredCurrent and unrestricted license to practice Dentistry with the client. Must be certified by the American Heart Association –BLS in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and maintain that certification while providing services at the client. Copies of CPR certifications must be kept on file with client Contracting office. All certifications must be current and remain as such while providing services at the client.
