As a Charge Nurse (RN/LVN) at Avir at Vernon, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our patients, while also contributing to the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading by Example:
  Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to ensure excellent care and patient satisfaction
