We’re looking for an experienced, detail‑driven Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrator to support the financial heartbeat of our operations. • Manage and process all accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconcile statements, invoices, and payments with accuracy
• Ensure timely payments and collections from vendors and customers
• Prepare daily deposits
• Work closely with the service and sales departments to track billing and receipts
• Assist with month‑end closing and general ledger reconciliation
• Maintain accurate and organized financial files
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment issues
• Stock in vehicles incoming from the factory

• 2+ years of experience in AP/AR, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in a dealership or auto service environment
• Familiarity with vehicle inventory processes
