We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and determined Receptionist to join our staff.

As the receptionist for our busy clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, check them in, give out necessary paperwork and answer phone calls. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

• Greet patients as they arrive
• Collect copayments or past due balances
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their visits

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Spanish speaking preferred
