• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and standardize workflows for the National AMS team
• Define requirements and implement best-in-class business processes, workflows, and data standards
• Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
• Support configuration of the AMS and create client deliverables
• Lead training efforts for new processes and systems

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in the designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in process improvement and workflow efficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
• Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
