Digs Site Work is hiring a Pipe Foreman to lead and oversee underground utility and pipe installation crews from start to finish. This is a full‑time leadership role for an experienced construction professional who thrives in the field, has confidence in reading plans, setting grades, and coordinating layouts, and can effectively manage a team to deliver high‑quality results on commercial site work projects.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise pipe crew operations, including storm, sewer, and water installations
- Interpret blueprints, construction plans, and job specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Set and verify pipe grades and layout in the field with precision
- Ensure proper equipment usage, materials handling, and job site safety at all times
- Schedule daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to crew members
- Monitor job progress, inspect work, and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards
- Communicate proactively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work site
- Lead by example with a strong work ethic and hands‑on involvement
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in underground utility or civil site construction
- Proven leadership experience in managing field crews and supervising full project cycles
- Strong understanding of grading, layout, and pipe installation procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- OSHA certification required
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed

Monday – Friday
