• Established Private Practice: Join a respected, full-spectrum ENT group with 3 physicians, 4 NPs, and 3 audiologists serving as the only ENT practice within 40 miles.
• Streamlined Workflow: Benefit from a dedicated MA, RN triage support, 2 exam rooms per physician, on-site CT, and 5 audiology booths.

  4.5-day workweek with light call (1 week per month) at a non-trauma hospital-call is hospital-paid.
• Long-Term Growth: Partnership track with opportunities in ASC ownership and leadership as senior physicians transition schedules.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• MD or DO from an accredited institution with ACGME residency completion.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to take call one week per month.

• Generous base salary with production incentives.
• $100,000 Sign-on/commencement/retention bonus.
