An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office and provides high-quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of the agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients within an independent practice.
• Work within the practice of a Subleasing Doctor; follow agreed-upon terms and professional standards.
• Maintain professional autonomy to determine the scope of care in consultation with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Utilize available office facilities and equipment (e.g., digital eye examination technology) as permitted by the arrangement.
• Coordinate care and scheduling within a fully furnished office setting with support staff and optional pre-testing tools.

Affiliation advantages include professional autonomy and flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments. The practice operates as a Subleased Independent Lens Crafters clinic, with terms negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, complementing a total rewards package.
