Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer who wants to grow within a new division of our company. We are a leading global provider in the pad printing market. • Designing automations for print applications and their components, from concept through development.
• Providing technical support for customer inquiries and consultations.
• Estimating construction costs and design hours for projects, in collaboration with Sales Engineers.
• Ensuring projects meet quality, economic, and time-related standards.
• Working alongside our international R&D team to develop products and machine concepts with a focus on quality and cost.
• Creating detailed risk assessments and complying with ANSI/ISO 12100 safety standards.
• Developing and maintaining part and assembly drawings, pneumatic plans, and machine documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including electrical design departments, to ensure seamless integration.
• Participating in client meetings, advising on design choices, and adjusting designs based on feedback.
• Occasionally performing acceptance testing to ensure machinery meets performance standards.

• Experience in automated machinery design.
• Proficiency in Solid Works and a solid understanding of design principles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and strong cost analysis skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and track working hours during the design phase.
