Wealth Advisor

Build lasting client relationships while helping individuals and families make confident decisions about their financial future. We are seeking a Wealth Advisor to join a small, established wealth management firm in Vero Beach, Florida. This fully onsite role will manage and support client relationships, assist with investment and financial planning needs, prepare for portfolio reviews, and coordinate closely with custodians and outside professionals.

The ideal candidate is a licensed financial services professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable delivering highly personalized service in a collaborative, relationship-driven environment.

Salary Range
: $85,000 - $90,000 / Year DOE + bonus opportunity

• Manage and maintain relationships with wealth management clients, providing responsive, personalized service
• Assist clients with investment management and broader financial planning needs
• Prepare and review financial reports, account information, investment documents, and materials for client meetings
• Support portfolio reviews, ongoing account management and investment-related activities
• Communicate with clients regarding account updates, transactions, documentation, and service requests
• Coordinate with custodians, investment providers, CPAs, attorneys, and other outside professionals as needed
• Maintain accurate client records and support the President and advisory team with day-to-day wealth management activities

• Active Series 65 license required
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related environment
• Experience managing or supporting client relationships within a high-touch financial services setting
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Vero Beach, Florida

• Base salary with potential year-end bonus
