Social Worker – Overview

• Provide medically related social services to support the well‑being of residents and their families.
• Participate in the admission process in collaboration with the Nursing Home Administrator and Director of Nursing.
• Assess residents’ psychosocial needs and deliver individualized support services as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a long‑term care setting.
• General knowledge of social services required in a healthcare setting.

$22.66 - $29.95 per hour. Starting rate varies based on skills and experience.
