We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist Assistant you will implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve patients' functional independence, mobility, strength, coordination, and performance of activities of daily living. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while contributing to a collaborative clinical team.
Responsibilities- Read, understand, and follow all plans of care developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with using adaptive equipment, modify exercises, and enhance ADL/IADL independence
- Communicate patient care plan with therapy team and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and changes
- Current state licensing for occupational therapy assistance required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good attention to detail
