Preferred Care Home Health is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for Home Health PRN. You will evaluate patients in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapy in accordance with physician orders and agency policy.
We value flexible PRN scheduling, strong clinical judgment, and collaborative teamwork. A degree in Physical Therapy, 1+ year of PT experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license are required.
