Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach is seeking a hardworking, dependable Collision Center Helper / Parts Employee to support our Collision Center operations. This position plays a key role in keeping the shop organized, clean, and running efficiently while assisting with parts management and daily shop activities.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts deliveries
• Deliver parts and supplies to technicians as needed
• Assist with parts returns, warranty parts, and inventory organization
• Keep parts storage areas clean and organized
• Empty shop trash containers and remove recyclables throughout the day
• Clean and maintain shop common areas, work spaces, and parking areas
• Assist with cleaning up after technicians and help keep repair stalls organized
• Sweep floors, maintain equipment areas, and support overall shop cleanliness
• Move vehicles safely as needed
• Assist advisors, technicians, and parts staff with daily operational tasks
• Help ensure a safe, professional, and efficient work environment

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Automotive, warehouse, or collision center experience is a plus but not required
