Corian Countertop Fabricator

Position Summary

Are you skilled with your hands and passionate about craftsmanship? We are looking for an Experienced or Semi-Experienced Counter top Fabricator to join our growing team. You’ll be working with solid surface materials like Corian, fabricating and finishing custom countertops with precision and care. If you have prior fabrication experience or are semi‑experienced and eager to learn—we want to hear from you!

Please note:

This is not an entry‑level role. Applicants must have prior fabrication or related shop experience.

• Fabricate and finish solid surface countertops and custom pieces from start to finish.
• Safely operate fabrication equipment, power hand tools, and manual tools.
• Read, interpret, and follow shop drawings and templates.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail on all projects.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and deliver top-quality work.

• Required: Previous experience in counter top fabrication or related fabrication experience (semi‑experienced candidates will be trained).
• Ability to lift and carry countertops and supplies up to 75 lbs.
• Strong math and measurement skills for reading blueprints and ensuring precision.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

• Pay Range: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience).
• Full‑Time Position with long‑term stability.
• Paid Holidays: 9 days after 90 days of employment.
• Paid Time Off:
• 1 week + 3 sick days after 12 months.
• 2 weeks + 3 sick days after 24 months.
• 3 weeks + 3 sick days after 60 months.
