As an RN
, you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services that meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments, determining any patient home‑care needs, and assisting in developing and implementing that plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case‑management model.
- Trach/Vent suprapubic catheter – MUST have experience
- Active Registered Nurse license required
- Minimum 1-year clinical experience
- Home health/HCHB experience is a plus
- Flexible scheduling – we know how important work/life balance is
- Independent practice
- Great scheduling team who understands and respects you
- Variety of clients with different needs, ages and diagnoses
- Providing treatment and care to patients in their homes, who will smile when they see you
