- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – required
- NIHSS – must obtain prior to start
Job Overview:
The Registered Nurse (Operating Room) is responsible for providing high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. This role focuses on weekend coverage and may assist with orthopedic cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room environment.

• Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.

• Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to infection control policies.

• Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver safe, efficient care.

• Manage specimens and follow universal protocols.

• Float as needed between Cleveland Clinic Indian River Medical Center, Martin North, South, and Tradition (within 20 miles).
