The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with the District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome them.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  • Greet the Customer.
  • Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants.
  • Recommend Product Solutions.
  • Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise levels.
• Work shifts generally no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.
• Work on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt) with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as required.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Handle and be in contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
• Operate equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, and balers (if age-appropriate).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Driving a vehicle.
• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Reach overhead and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Move throughout the store quickly and safely.
