JOB DESCRIPTION
As the General Manager of the Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams Outlet Store, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store. You will achieve success through recruiting and leading a talented team to meet or surpass sales and expense goals. Your role will include driving sales, managing schedules, overseeing store operations, managing inventory levels, and upholding visual merchandising standards.
You will ensure that both internal and external customers receive outstanding service and enjoy a positive experience with our brand. You will also guide sales associates in building lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
