Associate Account Manager

boston retail solutions is the leading provider of modular barricades, large format graphics and graphic installations. We provide environmentally friendly solutions to retailers, mall developers, airports, contractors and more! We are currently seeking an associate account manager to join our corporate team.

the associate account manager is responsible for assisting the sr. Account manager with daily tasks and job coordination, as well as managing client relationships. This position works closely with account and project management teams. Some duties include:

• maintain files for client projects.
• coordinate artwork request and facilitate approval process while exhibiting a dependable, positive and encouraging demeanor.
• communication with all levels of employees and customers
• creating estimates and work orders for assigned projects.

• highly organized with strong attention to detail
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• strong customer service mindset
• excellent time management and problem solution skills
• manage multiple projects at the same and ability to work with urgent deadlines and flexible priorities
• work history in clerical administration, office management, purchasing, graphics, print and/or sales
• ability to proficiently operate all current software programs
• ability to read blueprints and store elevation drawings preferred
• background in construction and/or design is preferred
• 2+ years in related field or administrative responsibiliteis with customer service focus
