Qualifications- The qualified candidate should have previous automotive sales experience and exceptional customer service skills

- Must be able form and maintain customer relationships
- Sales Consultants are committed to being an auto sales expert and gaining in depth knowledge and enthusiasm for all Cadillac, Buick and GMC products
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to every guest every time
- Sale consultants are required to spend time with customers to determine their needs and options
- Test Drive and Demonstrate vehicles features
- Follow up with prospective customers and return voicemails and emails
- Support on line customers by setting up appointments and follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
