• Estimated first-year earnings range
  : $45,000 - $65,000
• Uncapped commission and earnings
• Training Pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks
• This position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
• The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services.
• Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.

• Sells funeral services and related products.
• Assists families with selections and attends services.
• Generates and follows up on leads.
• Maintains confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Works on holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Experience working in a CRM preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to maintain high discretion and confidentiality.
• Availability for some holidays, evenings, and weekends.
