. We handle everything from minor repairs to full replacements for both residential and commercial clients. We're growing rapidly and are looking for ambitious individuals to help us expand our market presence.

As a Roof Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines, helping homeowners and property managers protect their biggest investment.

• Lead Generation: Pursue new sales opportunities through networking, canvassing (optional, but encouraged), and company-provided leads.
• Inspections & Estimating: Perform thorough roof inspections, accurately assess damage, and prepare detailed, competitive estimates using our cutting-edge software.
• Customer Consultation: Present repair and replacement options clearly, answer homeowner questions, and guide them through the decision process.
• Project Management (Sales Side): Act as the liaison between the customer and our production team to ensure a seamless and positive experience from contract to final sign-off.

• Experience: Proven success in sales, preferably in roofing, home improvement, or a related field (will train the right candidate).
• Performance: A relentless drive to meet and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales volume, closing ratio, and lead generation activity.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. You must be comfortable talking to people.
• Work Ethic: Highly self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and able to manage a flexible schedule. You must be willing to put in the work required to hit commission goals.
• Physical: Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs for inspections.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean background check.
