Road Technician

The Road Mechanic/Technician performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet of equipment, ensuring minimal downtime in a safety‑focused environment. Responsibilities include working on Aerial Work Platforms, construction tools, power‑generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.

• Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment in challenging remote locations.
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to keep equipment running safely and effectively.
• Work with a team of professionals in a safety‑first culture.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty line equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (age 21 and CDL license may be required for some locations).
• Ability to provide personal mechanic tools of trade.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems fundamentals.
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working both indoors and outdoors when required.

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date.

Base Pay Range: $23.58 – $32.41 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
