This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Mechanic located in Vero Beach, FL. The Shop Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment, ensuring all machinery is functioning properly and safely. Daily tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing repairs on heavy equipment, and ensuring equipment readiness for operations. The role requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

• Strong skills in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
• Experience working with Heavy Equipment and a sound understanding of its mechanics
• Ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues through effective Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for maintaining equipment
• Relevant certifications or training in mechanical or automotive repair are a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, physical work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
