. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our Vero Beach counter top installation team
.

IF YOU'RE CURRENTLY WORKING IN GENERAL LABOR, LANDSCAPING, MOVING, WAREHOUSE WORK, OR ANOTHER HANDS‑ON JOB AND WANT AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN A REAL SKILLED TRADE, THIS COULD BE THE JOB FOR YOU.

YOU'LL WORK ALONGSIDE AN EXPERIENCED LEAD INSTALLER AND RECEIVE PAID ON‑THE‑JOB TRAINING WHILE LEARNING HOW TO PROFESSIONALLY INSTALL CUSTOM COUNTERTOPS.

• Assist the Lead Installer with counter top installations
• Load, unload, carry, and position counter top materials
• Help measure, level, secure, and finish countertops
• Learn to safely use hand and power tools
• Protect floors, cabinets, walls, and customer property
• Keep the job site clean and organized
• Work professionally in customers' homes
• Follow instructions and work safely
• Help complete installations correctly and efficiently

We are looking for the right attitude — not a perfect resume.

Experience in any hands‑on job is helpful, including:

• Construction
• Carpentry
• Cabinet installation
• Flooring or tile
• Remodeling
• Landscaping
• Warehouse
• Moving
• General labor

But even if you don't have this experience, we encourage you to apply if you're reliable and willing to learn.

The most important things are reliability, work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn.

You should:

• Show up on time every day
• Be dependable and responsible
• Be willing to learn a new trade
• Be comfortable working with your hands
• Be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Be able to work on your feet throughout the day
• Follow directions
• Pay attention to detail
• Work well with a Lead Installer
• Treat customers and their homes with respect

A valid driver's license is preferred.

$16–$20 PER HOUR

Pay is based on experience and skill level.

• Full-time, year‑round work
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Paid on‑the‑job training
• Learn a valuable skilled trade
• Opportunity to advance to Lead Installer
• 9 paid holidays after 90 days
• 5 paid vacation days + 3 paid sick days after 1 year
• 10 paid vacation days + 3 paid sick days after 2 years

YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW HOW TO INSTALL COUNTERTOPS WHEN YOU START.

As you gain experience, you’ll learn how to use tools, install countertops, solve problems, work with customers, and take on more responsibility.

The goal is to help the right person develop into a skilled installer and eventually a Lead Installer.
