$1280 or more per week - and it gets better.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Home Daily 40-45 hours per week
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.47 per Mile with about 1500 miles per week
• Solo Stops Pay: $28.42 per Stop with 10-15 stops per week
• Performance Bonus: $250 four times a year, every quarter
• Paid Training

Trucks are five years or newer. All drivers have 24/7 roadside maintenance by a Ryder‑trained technician plus service employees fuel up our trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities.

• 6 months Touch Freight experience required
• Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Equipment:
  Manual pallet jack and lift gate
• Freight:
  Touch – retail product and pharmaceuticals

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check, including verification from previous employers on drugs and alcohol for the last three years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle
• 9 months experience within the past three years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last five years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last ten years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards, maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performing other duties as assigned
