DAINESE , a global leader in protective solutions for motorcycling and dynamic sports, is looking for a  Designer  to join our R&D Dept on a  maternity cover contract .

ROLE & RESPONSIBILIES :
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Conducting market and trend research to support collection and product development;
Defining graphic briefs at both collection and individual product level;
Developing innovative product concepts and graphics through hand sketches and 2D/3D design software;
Selecting colors, materials, and finishes in line with brand identity and product positioning;
Supporting product development by defining technical specifications and collaborating closely with R&D and cross-functional teams;
Creating 3D files for rapid prototyping;
Managing the graphic development of product packaging.

REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Design;
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within structured sportswear/apparel companies (considered a plus);
Fluency in English;
Strong knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator or equivalent);
3D modeling skills for prototyping purposes;
Proficient use of MS Office Suite;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Results-driven mindset;
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
Passion for Motorcycling and Outdoor Sports.
