Assistente sociale per strutture salute mentale – Veneto orientale (VE)
Insieme Si Può scs assume ASSISTENTE SOCIALE per più strutture in gestione afferenti all’Area Salute Mentale.
La risorsa fornirà supporto al Coordinatore del servizio per l’attuazione delle progettualità individuali degli ospiti gestendo i rapporti con familiari, amministratore di sostegno csm e territorio.
I DETTAGLI :
Contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di indeterminato. Si valuta anche libera professione.
12 ore settimanali.
Orario (2 giorni / settimana) orario da concordare in base alle disponibilità del candidato.
Titolo richiesto :
