HR Manager

We are seeking a new member to ensure to participate in supporting the business by
ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, managing all administrative HR processes, and acting as a strategic partner to the Country Manager.

Your main responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with Italian labor laws and internal HR policies.
Manage all local HR administrative processes, including contracts, payroll coordination, benefits, and employee records.
Act as a trusted business partner to the Country Manager, providing strategic HR support and guidance.
Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes in collaboration with Group HR.
Coordinate performance management and development processes locally.
Handle employee relations and support resolution of workplace issues.
Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
Liaise with external providers (e.g., payroll, legal, training) to ensure service quality and compliance.
Contribute to the implementation of global HR initiatives at local level.
Support organizational changes and ensure smooth transitions from an HR perspective.
Promote a positive work culture aligned with Hero’s values.
Skills and competencies:

Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (7+ years) in HR generalist roles, preferably within multinational environments.
Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR compliance.
Experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle management.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Experience in the food or FMCG industry is a plus.
