Head Office

Our Head Office is located in Burmarrad.  The team here is made up of more than 40 people working indifferent departments;each supporting the stores and the Logistics Centre in delivering their objectives. The Head Office works hand-in-hand with our Headquarters in Arcole, located in Verona, Italy. Our colleagues in Italy support our work by providing the guidelines and principles which in turn are provided by our main hub in Germany.
The different departments within our Head Office  Our Head office  recruitment  is done both  internally  and  externally . This means that some of our Head office  employees used to work in shops  and they experienced both  horizontal  and  vertical career growth.  Other colleagues in junior and in management positions were employed from outside the company. Through our recruitment and selection processes we seek to find the  best fit between the candidate profile and the company  while discovering the potential in people.
