Experteer Overview In this role you will define and drive Uni Credit’s digital banking products with a focus on payments and cash management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into product objectives, manage roadmaps, and align stakeholders across regions. You’ll work in an Agile environment to shape product delivery and measure success, contributing to a strategic digital transformation.
This position offers visibility, influence, and opportunities to mentor others while advancing digital banking capabilities.
Retribuzione / Benefits Define user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria from product requirements
Articulate product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Translate business goals into product objectives and success metrics
Serve as interface between business, technology, UX, marketing, legal, and operations
Facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders and manage expectations
Prepare and present product updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to leadership
Ensure clarity for development and delivery teams and collaborate with engineering and design in Agile/Scrum environments
Mentor junior product specialists or product owners
Responsabilità8+ years of experience in digital product management within banking or financial services
Strong understanding of banking processes, digital channels, and enterprise IT landscapes
Solid knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory constraints in banking
Proven experience working in Agile environments
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Good team working capabilities in medium to large, multi-country projects
Degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
English proficiency (minimum B1);
Nice to have:
German and other European languages
Knowledge of Cash Pooling and related techniques
Experience operating in international, matrix-driven organizations
