Oniverse cerca un UX & CRO Manager per guidare la strategia UX e le iniziative di ottimizzazione della conversione nei canali digitali dei nostri brand. Avrai la responsabilità di coordinare un team UX/UI, definire priorità e guidare test A/B e multivariati basati sui dati.
La figura collaborerà con team E-commerce internazionali, monitorando KPI e proponendo azioni correttive. È richiesta esperienza consolidata e fluente inglese, con HQ a Verona.
