**** Your responsibilities include:
*** Supports the R&D Innovation team with Lab analysis and prototyping
* Develop and test paper solutions (new raw material, new process, new surface treatments, etc) following our Stage-Gate process
* Conduct a variety of tests to evaluate paper properties, such as tensile strength, thickness, brightness, opacity, and moisture content ets, using specialized equipment, such as tensile testers, IR and UV-Vis spectrophotometer, moisture analyzers, etc. to perform tests accurately
* Analyze, report out and record test results, identifying any deviations from quality standards
* Database analysis and samples archive management
* Update the CRM system according to product development process
* Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and serviced to ensure accurate and reliable test results
* Identify and report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
* Ready to elevate the creativity of our brands and deliver outstanding
*** Mission and key priorities of the role
** You will play a vital role in ensuring quality and innovation on paper products portfolio and to meet customers' expectations on bespoke products. By performing various tests and analyses you aim to improve product quality, develop bespoke product for our customers or support a brand-new product development.  or strong working experience Ability in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis and strong willing to furtherly learn is a plu;

Previous working experience in Paper Industry (Production, Quality, Laboratory, Research) or paper converting is a plus Strong analytical skills, rigorous and detailed oriented person.

Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
