APM MONACO is expanding and is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the opening of its new boutique in Padova.

Your Mission :
Drive Sales & Business Performance
Lead the store to achieve and surpass sales objectives while fully embodying APM's brand values.
Monitor daily performance indicators (sales, KPIs, conversion rate, product mix) and quickly adjust strategies.
Define clear goals for each team member and support their progress through coaching and close follow-up.
Activate commercial initiatives such as product focus, in-store challenges, launches and storytelling strategies.
Team Leadership & Brand Culture
Inspire and engage your team on a daily basis fostering a positive, collaborative and performance-driven environment.
Share business updates priorities and brand news through regular team briefings.
Develop team skills, especially in storytelling, service excellence and brand representation.
Promote APM MONACO's DNA: modernity, positivity, elegance and customer-centricity.
Client Experience Excellence
Guarantee an exceptional, premium and personalized customer journey in line with APM standards.
Ensure proactive client engagement, loyalty building and follow-up.
Handle sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy and composure.
Store Operations & Organization
Maintain impeccable store standards: visual appeal, cleanliness, ambience, scenting, music and products display.
Oversee all operational procedures: cash management, security, opening and closing routines.
Plan staffing schedules according to traffic flow, business needs and delivery timelines.
Supervise stock management, inventory and back-office organization.
Act as a key contact with HQ teams and provide valuable field feedback.
Visual Merchandising Excellence
Implement VM guidelines with precision, creativity and attention to detail.
Ensure a refined, dynamic and coherent presentation of collections.
Monitor product quality and coordinate replenishment needs.
Human Resources & Talent Development
Take part in recruitment, onboarding and team integration.
Organize and lead training sessions, especially on collections and storytelling.
Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous development feedback.
Ensure brand standards in appearance, posture and customer approach.

Your Profile:

You love APM Monaco!
You have solid experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Store Manager
You have experience in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising
You are fluent in English
You know how to analyse sales reports and react quickly
You have strong communication and organisational skills
You are flexible in terms of working hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays)
